How do I know if my order has been placed correctly??

The garments must be returned new, without having been used, with security tape and all labels attached. Garments that are returned damaged, Dirty or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the consumer..
If your garment is damaged, failed or dirty please contact us at returns@houseofcb.com before returning it.
Please note that we are not responsible for delivery to transport companies or freight forwarders, so it will be at your own risk.

Once you are in the payment process, you will have an ETA for each of the products you order.
ETA may vary between products depending on their location and the shipping method you have selected.

If your item has all tags and marks attached, is unused, unwashed, unstained and within our return period 28 days, please, send it back following the instructions on the return form. Remember to fill out your return form with your request and place this form in your package when you return it.. Once we receive your return, We will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. If there are no exceptions with your return, Your request will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Refunds for full price items are issued to your original payment method. Refunds for regular sale items can only be processed through a Gift Certificate to be used on our site. If your order had shipping costs, these will not be refunded.
To return your order, use a 'WITH TRACKING' service, as we can only refund items that are returned to us. We do not refund return shipping cost.
Sale items 3 for £180 and £45 are non-returnable (for exchange or refund).

House of CB insures each purchase during the time in transit until it is delivered to our customers. We require a signature to deliver orders. Then, responsibility for such items passes to you.
